Reviews show who was really there.
Anyone signed in can review a place. If you show you were there with your location or a photo you took there, your review gets a "Verified visit" badge. Trips earn their badge the same way: show two pieces of evidence that you were in the city during your dates and the trip reads "Verified by location".

Free and Plus
Is Locy free?
Yes. City guides, communities, the forum and building trips by hand are free, and your first AI plan is on us (1 plan, 2 revisions). Locy Plus brings 4 plans and 6 revisions every 30 days and a verified badge.
How do I cancel Plus?
In the store you bought it from: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and Apple and Google handle refunds.
Privacy and trust
Can you see my location?
Only if you allow it. Day mode uses it to show where you are on the map and to verify your trip. If you turn on live location for a trip, only that trip's members see it, and you can pause it or turn it off any time. In a lobby nobody sees where exactly you are or your room number.
How does trip verification work?
You show you were in the city during your trip dates with two pieces of evidence at least 10 minutes apart: "I'm here" at a stop, live location, or a photo with location data. Your trip then reads "Verified by location". Mock-location apps never count.
Are the places the AI suggests real?
Plans are created with AI and can contain mistakes. Every stop is checked against our place data, and anything we can't confirm carries a "Suggestion" label. What you write is not used to train AI models. Opening hours and prices change, so check before you go.
How does Locy keep me safe?
You can report any person or content and block anyone; our team reviews reports and posts pass an AI pre-check. Only the trip companions you choose see your live location. Lobbies are for adults, open only with the QR code of the place you're staying, and you drop off the list when you leave.

Do I need an account?
Not to browse or make a plan. You create a free account to save and share plans, send messages and join a lobby.
Where does it work?
Everywhere: 11,000+ destinations in 230 countries. The app speaks 16 languages; city guides come in 21.

The app speaks 16 languages and opens in your phone's language. City guides come in 21 languages, and what travellers write is stored with its language and can be translated when you want.
Does it work offline?
Locy works online. If you lose signal on the way, your live-location route waits on your phone and is sent when you're back online.
How do I delete my account?

How do I add my business?
Apply on the business page with your type, details, photos and booking links. Our team reviews it, and listing needs a monthly membership. Locy doesn't take bookings: travellers go to your own site and the platforms you're listed on.
